As the Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving HR strategy, managing the full employee lifecycle, and supporting leaders across a diverse, fast-paced organisation. This is your opportunity to influence culture, uplift capability, and make a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver HR strategy and advice
  • Lead ER/IR matters, including investigations, grievances, and performance management
  • Drive performance, development, and remuneration processes
  • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, promotions, salary reviews, allowances, and LAFHA/FIFO arrangements
  • Build strong relationships across sites and project teams
  • Support culture, engagement, and capability initiatives
  • Provide HR insights for strategic projects and tender submissions

What You’ll Bring

  • 7 years HR generalist experience
  • Strong ER/IR experience, ideally within a unionised environment
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to influence leaders and support teams in a hands-on environment
  • Practical, approachable, and people-focused mindset
