As the Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving HR strategy, managing the full employee lifecycle, and supporting leaders across a diverse, fast-paced organisation. This is your opportunity to influence culture, uplift capability, and make a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver HR strategy and advice
- Lead ER/IR matters, including investigations, grievances, and performance management
- Drive performance, development, and remuneration processes
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, promotions, salary reviews, allowances, and LAFHA/FIFO arrangements
- Build strong relationships across sites and project teams
- Support culture, engagement, and capability initiatives
- Provide HR insights for strategic projects and tender submissions
What You’ll Bring
- 7 years HR generalist experience
- Strong ER/IR experience, ideally within a unionised environment
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence leaders and support teams in a hands-on environment
- Practical, approachable, and people-focused mindset
