Senior Estimator – Victoria

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join a growing civil construction team delivering high-quality infrastructure and land development projects across Victoria.

You’ll play a key role in preparing detailed, accurate tenders for:

• Land development – residential and industrial subdivisions
• Local council and government road infrastructure
• Major utilities, water, and sewer upgrade projects
• Defence and regional infrastructure works

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret project plans, scopes, and specifications
• Prepare and manage subcontractor and supplier pricing packages
• Work collaboratively with tender and delivery teams to develop methodologies and assess risks
• Produce comprehensive tender submissions and accurate first-principles estimates

What You’ll Bring:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant trade qualifications
• 10 years’ experience in civil estimating and project delivery
• Proficiency in estimating software (ideally “Expert”), MS Excel, and MS Project
• Strong analytical and written communication skills
