Senior Civil Lead

This is a rare opportunity for a senior civil leader to take ownership of a growing infrastructure discipline within a well-established engineering consultancy.

You’ll play a key role in shaping strategy, leading project delivery, and driving business growth across major infrastructure projects. While there is a preference for structures/bridges experience, strong civil generalists with leadership and client networks are encouraged to apply.

The Opportunity

• Lead and grow a civil infrastructure discipline

About You

• Proven ability to win work and build client relationships
• Strong background in civil infrastructure (bridges/structures advantageous)
• Experience leading teams within a consulting environment
• Technically strong and still engaged in project delivery
• Well-connected within the infrastructure market
