Restoration Technician

Our client is a leading provider of insurance restoration services, helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mould and storm damage. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a motivated Restoration Technician to join their team.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll attend a variety of sites, use specialised restoration equipment and play a key role in returning properties to their pre-loss condition while delivering outstanding customer service.

What you’ll be doing

• Respond to water, fire, mould and storm damage call-outs.
• Operate drying, extraction and restoration equipment.
• Assess damage and document findings on-site.
• Remove damaged materials and assist with restoration works.
• Monitor drying progress and complete site inspections.
• Liaise professionally with customers, insurers and project teams.
• Follow WHS procedures and company standards.
• Participate in an after-hours emergency roster when required.

What we’re looking for

• Previous restoration, construction, cleaning or trade experience preferred.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Physically fit with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and undertake industry training.
