Project Manager

We have partnered with a well-established commercial fit-out and construction business to find an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-end fit-out projects nationally, working on flagship builds for luxury retail brands including Cartier, Tiffany & Co, Jo Malone, and Levi’s.
This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works closely with premium clients and subcontractors, and takes pride in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

You’ll take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion — coordinating teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring safe, efficient delivery across sites nationally.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of high-end commercial fit-out and construction projects nationally
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to meet project milestones
• Oversee project budgets, procurement, and cost control
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders throughout delivery
• Travel interstate as required to support project delivery across sites

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial fit-out or construction, ideally retail or luxury retail
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities across locations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable working with premium brand clients
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and contracts
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to project delivery
• Flexibility and willingness to travel interstate for project work
