Key Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors and coordinate day-to-day site works
• Ensure safety, environmental and quality standards are met
• Support project cost control, planning and scheduling
• Liaise with clients and consultants to maintain strong relationships
• Assist with procurement processes and documentation
• Monitor progress against the program and support reporting functions
• Maintain QA systems and minimise rework

About You

• Degree in Civil Engineering (essential)
• 3–5 years’ experience as a Project Engineer on civil infrastructure (road, rail or structures)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, detail-focused and solutions-oriented
• Confident working within multidisciplinary site teams
