Senior Project Manager

A well-established and highly regarded civil contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major land development projects across South East Queensland.

With a strong pipeline of subdivision works and repeat developer clients, this business continues to grow and invest in high-performing leaders who can drive projects safely, profitably, and to programme.

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of multiple land development projects across Brisbane, leading site teams and overseeing full project lifecycle delivery — from pre-construction through to practical completion.

This is a senior leadership role suited to someone who thrives on accountability, stakeholder engagement, and delivering high-quality civil outcomes in fast-moving environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Full P&L responsibility across land development projects
• Oversee Project Managers, Site Managers & delivery teams
• Programme management and cost control
• Client liaison with developers and key stakeholders
• Subcontractor management and procurement
• Risk mitigation and compliance oversight
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget

About You

• 8 years’ experience in civil construction
• Proven experience delivering subdivision / land development projects
• Strong commercial acumen and cost control capability
• Demonstrated leadership of multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
• Engineering or Construction Management qualification preferred

You’re commercially sharp, calm under pressure, and confident managing multiple moving parts across large-scale civil works.
