This is a key leadership opportunity for an experienced professional looking to step into a strategic role, working closely with a diverse client base while mentoring and developing a high-performing team.
About the Role
As a Senior Manager within the Business Advisory division, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, delivering high-quality advisory services, and contributing to the growth of the practice.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of SME and mid-market clients across various industries
• Provide strategic business advisory services, including tax planning, structuring, and performance improvement
• Review complex financial statements and tax compliance work
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants and junior managers
• Identify business development opportunities and contribute to client acquisition
• Partner with clients to provide proactive, value-added advice

About You

• CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
• Significant experience within Business Advisory in a public practice environment
• Proven ability to manage client relationships at a senior level
• Strong technical expertise across tax and advisory
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to develop and mentor teams
• Commercial mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
