Senior Estimator – Queensland

We’re seeking an accomplished Senior Estimator to join a respected civil construction team delivering major infrastructure and land development projects throughout Queensland.
This role offers the chance to lead tender preparation on diverse projects including:

• Urban development and subdivision works
• Road, transport, and drainage infrastructure
• Water, sewer, and utilities upgrades
• Defence and regional infrastructure initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate, first-principles cost estimates from project plans and specifications
• Manage supplier and subcontractor pricing packages and negotiations
• Collaborate with tender and delivery teams to refine methodology, program, and cost strategies
• Deliver professional tender documentation and pricing breakdowns

What You’ll Bring:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or trade qualifications
• 10 years’ experience in estimating for civil infrastructure projects
• Proficiency with estimating software (ideally “Expert”), MS Excel, and MS Project
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
