About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and qualified Senior Account Executive to join a close-knit team in Shepparton. You will take ownership of a portfolio of clients, build and strengthen long-term relationships, and play a key role in the ongoing growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of insurance clients across multiple sectors
• Deliver exceptional client service and maintain trusted relationships
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities
• Prepare quotes, renewals, and policy documentation with accuracy and efficiency
• Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive terms and coverage
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture

 To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (essential)
• 4 years of insurance industry experience (broking)
• Proven success in managing client portfolios and generating new opportunities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, client-focused approach with the ability to build trust and rapport
