What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Partnering with top-tier clients across Civil, Infrastructure & Construction as well as Insurance & Wealth Management
• Managing end-to-end recruitment – from sourcing to placement
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and talent pools
• Staying ahead of industry trends to provide expert advice

What We’re Looking For:

• Recruitment experience (agency or internal) – experience in Civil, Infrastructure & Construction or Insurance & Wealth Management is a plus
• A self-starter with a passion for delivering results
• Strong communication & relationship-building skills
• An ambitious mindset with a drive to succeed and grow in a start-up environment
