Project Manager – Commercial Fit-Out & Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of commercial fit-out and construction projects across Melbourne. This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working closely with clients and subcontractors, and takes pride in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
You will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, coordinating teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of commercial fit-out and construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to meet project milestones
• Oversee project budgets, procurement, and cost control
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders throughout project delivery

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial fit-out or construction
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and contracts
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach to project delivery
