About the Role We’re seeking a Project Engineer to join a high-profile major infrastructure project in Victoria on a permanent basis. You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing delivery team, contributing to a project that will leave a lasting legacy across the region.

We’re open to considering Senior Site Engineers ready to step up, as well as Junior Project Engineers looking to further develop their project delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors and coordinate day-to-day site works
• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards are met
• Support project cost control, planning, and scheduling
• Liaise with clients and consultants to maintain strong relationships
• Assist with procurement processes and documentation
• Monitor progress against the program and support reporting functions
• Maintain QA systems and minimise rework

About You

• Degree in Civil Engineering (essential)
• Experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Site Engineer on civil infrastructure projects (road, rail, or structures)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, detail-focused, and solutions-oriented
• Confident working within multidisciplinary site teams
