The Opportunity
We are currently partnering with a  boutique mortgage broking firm bto recruit an experienced Parabroker. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded business known for its personalised client approach and strong referral network.
Working closely with an experienced broker, you will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end loan process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients from application through to settlement.
Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and submitting loan applications across a panel of lenders
• Liaising with lenders, clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders
• Managing and tracking loan files through to settlement
• Reviewing client documents and ensuring compliance with lender requirements
• Conducting servicing and policy checks
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline management
• Providing administrative and operational support to brokers

About You

• Prior experience as a Parabroker, Credit Analyst, or Loan Processor within mortgage broking
• Hands on experience working within Connective (Essential)
• Solid understanding of lending policies and the mortgage application process
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
