About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Leading Hand – Pipelayer to join our team. You’ll lead site crews on civil and urban development projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate plant, labour, and materials
• Supervise subcontractors and suppliers
• Oversee pipelaying and associated civil works
• Maintain safety, environmental, and quality compliance
• Keep accurate daily records and report progress
• Help drive productivity and deliver projects on time and within budget

What You’ll Need

• Certificate III in Civil Construction (or similar)
• Current driver’s licence
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in pipelaying, drainage, and minor civil works
• Shoring experience highly regarded
• Proven ability to deliver quality outcomes and lead a team safely
