The Role As an Insurance Broker, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of clients
• Handle renewals, new business, and mid-term adjustments
• Build and maintain strong client and insurer relationships
• Provide tailored insurance advice and solutions
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an insurance broking role
• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (or equivalent)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A proactive, client-focused approach
• The ability to manage time and priorities effectively
