About the Role We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor / Site Supervisor to lead crews across a range of infrastructure and utilities projects.

You will play a key role in delivering projects safely, on time and within budget, while managing subcontractors, stakeholders, and site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site operations across civil and utilities projects
• Deliver works across water, drainage, road construction, asset relocations and substations
• Manage site crews, subcontractors, and plant resources
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality and compliance (OH&S)
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and key stakeholders
• Coordinate works in line with project schedules and specifications
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and reporting

About You

• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor / Site Supervisor / Foreman
• Strong background in utilities and infrastructure projects
• Experience across:
  • Water & sewer
  • Stormwater / drainage
  • Roadworks
  • Asset relocations
  • Substation or energy infrastructure projects
• Ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors
• Strong understanding of civil construction methods and sequencing
• Solid knowledge of OH&S regulations and site compliance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Current driver’s licence
