We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Services Coordinator to support senior leaders and project teams across a dynamic construction environment. This is more than a traditional admin role — it’s an opportunity to play a key part in business operations, people coordination, and project delivery.

About the Role
Working closely with Construction Managers, Project Managers, and senior stakeholders, you’ll act as a central hub across business services, ensuring seamless coordination of people, projects, and operations.
This role is ideal for an experienced administrator or coordinator looking to step into a broader, more strategic position with clear career progression.

Key Responsibilities Business Support

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders and project teams
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, communications, and documentation
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
  • Act as a key liaison across teams to ensure smooth information flow

People & HR Coordination

  • Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Coordinate with HR, Talent, and leadership teams
  • Track probation reviews, performance cycles, and training compliance
  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders on people processes

Project & Operational Support

  • Assist with document control, reporting, and compliance requirements
  • Support mobilisation/demobilisation of project teams
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and site logistics
  • Assist with procurement processes, purchase orders, and invoicing

Project Administration

  • Maintain project documentation, registers, and reporting systems
  • Track milestones, deadlines, and follow up actions
  • Support delivery teams to ensure projects run efficiently
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Office & Corporate Services

  • Support day-to-day office operations
  • Assist with systems, policies, and process improvements
  • Coordinate training sessions, events, and business initiatives

About You

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Confident communicator who can engage with senior stakeholders
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and systems experience
  • Experience in construction, engineering, or project environments (highly regarded)
  • Exposure to HR or people processes is advantageous
