What You’ll Be Doing

• Interpreting scopes of work provided by consultants
• Preparing scope documentation as required
• Working closely with supervisors to meet budget expectations
• Building strong relationships with key insurance partners
• Liaising with clients, insurers and subcontractors
• Coordinating property access with insured parties
• Ensuring all OH&S, legislative and contractual requirements are met
• Managing documentation, inspections and compliance sign-offs

Who This Opportunity Suits

• A Building Trade background (carpentry highly regarded) or Construction qualification
• Experience in Estimating or Insurance Building — great but not essential
• Strong communication and customer-service ability
• Good computer literacy and attention to detail
• The ability to show empathy when clients are under stress
• A competitive or performance-driven mindset (ideal for former elite athletes)
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Plenty of energy, drive and resilience
