The Opportunity Working closely with experienced brokers, you’ll play a key role in the servicing and administration of commercial clients, ensuring seamless policy management and exceptional client support.
Key Responsibilities

• Supporting Account Executives with the end-to-end management of client portfolios
• Preparing renewal documentation, submissions, and policy reports
• Liaising with insurers to obtain quotes, endorsements, and policy updates
• Managing policy processing, invoicing, and documentation
• Assisting with claims coordination and client queries
• Maintaining compliance and accurate records in line with industry standards

About You

• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (essential)
• Previous experience within insurance broking or underwriting support highly regarded
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with clients and insurers
• Eager to learn, proactive, and career-driven
