Area Manager | Insurance Building

Join a market leader in insurance building and restoration, where you’ll take ownership of a growing portfolio of major loss projects while driving client relationships and securing ongoing work.
This is a key leadership role combining project delivery, team leadership, and business development across a high-performing division.

The Role

• Lead and grow a portfolio of major loss insurance building projects
• Drive strong relationships with insurers, loss adjusters and key stakeholders
• Identify and secure new work opportunities across existing and new clients
• Oversee multiple projects ensuring delivery across safety, quality and timelines
• Manage and mentor Project Managers and Supervisors
• Monitor financial performance including budgets, margins and forecasting
• Support tendering, scoping, pricing and negotiation of works

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in insurance building, restoration, construction or major loss projects
• Proven ability to build relationships with insurers, adjusters or key clients
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and margins
• Background in a Senior Project Manager, Operations or Area Manager role
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead high-performing teams
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
