About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive with 2–3 years of experience to step into a client-facing role where you’ll manage and nurture existing relationships while supporting growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing insurance clients
• Build strong, long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional service
• Support senior brokers and account managers with new business opportunities
• Prepare policy documentation, renewals, and quotes accurately and efficiently
• Liaise with insurers to negotiate terms, pricing, and cover options
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 2–3 years of experience in the insurance industry (broking)
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A proactive and customer-focused approach
